1. Payment

Birth Power is a New Zealand Registered business, located in Auckland. All pricing is in NZD & includes GST.

We offer the following payment methods :

  1. Internet Banking, or Cash & Eftpos on pickup
  2. Credit /Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard ). Online credit card transactions are securely processed and encrypted by the eWAY payment gateway platform.  We do not receive or hold your credit card details so it is a safe and secure way for you to pay.
  3. Humm - Instalments paid as 4 x fortnightly payments or 8 x weekly payments. Find out more here


2.  New Zealand Shipping Rates


  • Orders under $60 -  Flat Rate of $5.95 (Rural Delivery $7.95)
  • Free Delivery  - All orders over 60.00 (includes RD)

We aim to dispatch all NZ orders within 48 hours. We use Courier Post and the typical delivery time is 1-3 working days  (Rural Delivery is 2-5 working days). You will receive a confirmation email (with an invoice attached ) once your package is ready for dispatch and again once your order has been collected with tracking details. On rare occasions, larger orders may ship via an alternative method. 


3. Australia, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland Shipping

For all orders, you can proceed straight to the checkout where you will get an instant 15% discount on your items (NZ GST removed). Orders to the USA, Canada, UK and Ireland are limited to a maximum value of $100 ( For orders over $100 you will need to contact us for a quote as per the instructions in section 4). The below rates are based on International Air & include postage & packaging.

4. International Shipping

At Birth Power, we welcome orders from all over the world. Because international shipping is based on weight & size, we prefer to quote based on your order. When quoting international shipping we will quote you 2 x  prices for postage & packaging.

International Air (Economy) - a fast and affordable way to send your parcels overseas. There are no tracking details available using this method, but it is the most cost-effective way of sending internationally. Target delivery time is 3-10 working days

International Courier (Courier) - An affordable and secure way to send parcels to 25 key countries worldwide. Tracking-signature required for delivery. Please be aware that this method can be expensive. Target delivery time is 2-6 working days

All prices quoted will be in NZD and includes the cost of packaging. Please note that you are responsible for any import or customs duties that may be applied to your order at the port of entry. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, or pay the customs duties on your behalf.


5. Drop Shipping & Pre Orders

Drop Shipping: We only sell what we have in stock, therefore we dispatch all items from our premises. However we do use drop shipping for our Breastfeeding Pillows, but only for orders outside of the Auckland region. Orders outside of the Auckland region will ship directly from the supplier. We do this due to the size of the pillows & the high cost of shipping involved. This ensures that our Pillow prices remain competitive. Typical delivery time is 1-4 working days from the supplier. If your pillow doesn't arrive within this time frame, contact us and we will follow it up.
Pre Orders:  All pre-orders are based on suppliers estimates and are subject to change. If you place an order we will keep you updated on expected delivery times. You may request a full refund at any time if you have paid by credit card. If you choose to pay by internet banking we will email you once the stock arrives and then you will have 5 working days to make a payment, after which time stock will be made available to the general public.


6. Back Orders

We make every effort to fulfil any order placed with us, however from time to time items that are listed as in-stock may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you within 24 hours to offer you a refund, or discuss placing the item on backorder or offering you a suitable alternative.

7. Price & Description Changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store are not refundable.

8. Errors On Our Site

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge.
