We understand that when you spend it, you do so only if you are confident that you're going to get value for your hard earned money. That is why, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (less delivery), a store credit or exchange, meaning you can buy risk free.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Our hassle-free 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price (sorry any delivery charges are not refundable).
It’s easy to return a product:
Log into your account, select the item or items you wish to return and select "Return Products" Follow the onscreen instructions to action your return.

Please Note:
  • Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products or we have made an error with your order. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns as we take no responsibility for items that are lost.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, with tags and still in original condition and packaging.
  • If you wish to exchange an item you will be charged the applicable delivery cost to ship the new item and required to pay any difference in price before dispatch.

2. Damaged Items

Once we receive your returned item and it meets our requirements listed above, we will notify you via email. You can then select either a store credit, exchange or refund.

To prevent fraud when offering a refund, credit card refunds are only refunded to the card that was used to place the orginal order. For all other payment methods a cheque will be sent to the delivery address given when order was first placed - No Exceptions! This may take up to 10 working days.

If your order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please notify us immediately and we will advise the next step of action.  Please save all damaged items including packaging so that we can process a claim with the carrier involved. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us first, you jeopardise our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the damaged items.
